Replacing Same Model Unit at Refrigeration Repair Tampa Company
We just purchased a freezer a week ago and something went wrong. There was a wire unplugged and maybe that is the reason why the indicator light wasn’t functioning. And I don’t know how to check for it. I immediately phoned the hvac repair Tampa Company and told them about the problem I am encountered with the freezer. They told me that they will visit my place and check the freezer personally. As they were trying to fix it, someone called their manager and told him about the problem. They cannot seem to fix it and was told by the manager that the freezer will be replaced and I have nothing to worry since it is still under warranty.
They told me to wait for a maximum of three days since the freezer’s same model has to be ordered from the refrigeration repair Tampa Company, also their sister company. They gave me an assurance and they were able to replace the said item with the same color and model three days after. It was a smooth and faster transaction. The manager and crew were very polite and they really ensure the customer’s right.
