The office is in chaos now.  We are in the process of transferring to a bigger and newer office downtown.  Good thing, we were able to get the moving company to do the packing for us.  They provided everything even the packing supplies so we did not have a hard time putting our stuff in the boxes that they provided. 

What’s great about them is that they are organized in what they do.  They do the necessary things to protect the area while they are accomplishing their task of packing the many papers and files that we have.  Another great thing about them is that they did not charge us exorbitant rates unlike the other local moving companies  that we inquired.  Their rates were very reasonable considering that they provided us the packing materials and even helped some of the staff pack the sensitive equipment like computers and servers.

Since they were organized and efficient, the packing is almost halfway done.  Most of the important stuff has been transferred to the new office already.  We could not wait to pack everything up so that we can move on to the new office where the packed boxes are waiting to be unpacked.
